Can I use “BHHS” instead of the full name?

No, “BHHS” is not permitted on public-facing content. You will need to spell out the company name in its entirety: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty.

Can I use my own vendor for marketing materials i.e. business cards, signs, etc?

Any vendor outside of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices preferred suppliers are not considered brand compliant. However, if you choose to use an outside supplier, please refer to the Brand Guidelines when creating your materials.

Do I need a disclaimer on my website?

How much spacing do I need around our company logo?

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices logo should always be surrounded by a generous amount of clear space. The minimum amount of clear space around the logo is equal to the height and width of the “H” in HATHAWAY.

Can I list my cell phone number without the office number on my marketing material?

No, if you list your cell phone number on your marketing materials, you must include your office phone number.
